New cycle racks a wheelie good thing

Having campaigned for two years for more bike racks to improve parking at the Angel for cyclists, Angel BID is delighted with the 16 new racks which have recently been installed outside the tube station by Transport for London.

“We are keen to encourage more people to travel to the Angel without using cars, and providing a secure and proper place for bikes to be left, rather than chained to railings or lamp posts, is good for both cyclists and for making the area more atrractive generally,” says Angel BID Director Christine Lovett.
