Steve Burgin

Steve is a qualified chartered surveyor who has worked in retail property for more than 20 years, acquiring an extensive knowledge of retailers, retail environments and property throughout the UK. He was involved in the setting up of ATCMG in 1997.

As a director at Delancey, Steve is responsible for the asset management of all their shopping and leisure properties, which include the N1 Centre and other London retail areas such as Victoria Place, Wandsworth, Clapham Junction and Notting Hill Gate.

His main aim is to maximise their value through providing the right retailers and businesses for each area and continuous improvements to their neighbourhoods, providing those retailers and businesses with the best environment in which to operate.
